Is there a Bambu Lab forum?
Several. The official Bambu Lab forum is where staff post firmware changelogs and pick up support escalations. r/BambuLab on Reddit is the busiest place for troubleshooting and first reports of firmware regressions. Discord is fastest for a quick "is this normal?". Our own BambuHub Forum is a small, ad-free board for structured threads, and the troubleshooting wizards on this site solve the most common problems without any login.

r/BambuLab: New firmware threads appear within hours. Check comments before updating.
Tip: Point releases (mostly fixes and security patches) are fine to install right away. For major version jumps, wait about a week for the community to report regressions; our firmware tracker explains the difference. Your printer won't stop working if you're one version behind.
